Transição de paradigmas no Direito Internacional da Água

“Os rumos da evolução do Direito Internacional da Água foram descritos na conferência do pesquisador Paulo Canelas de Castro, da Universidade de Macau. No início da década de 90, segundo ele, a ideia dominante sobre o direito à água era a partilha equitativa dos recursos hídricos, evoluindo para o reconhecimento de uma crise global da água e, sobretudo, de que o velho modelo não se adaptava mais às novas exigências.” Do site do IEA – USP
